Entry Level Construction Management​/BIM Professional

We are seeking an Entry Level Construction Management/BIM Professional to support our Life Sciences Digital Delivery team. Your work will support various construction management efforts, such as Document Control and Project Control. You will support Project Managers in all aspects of the project; help find alternative strategies and utilize advanced technologies and data analysis solutions to support service excellence. We'll guide you through the beginning of your professional career as you hone your skills in meeting project requirements regarding timeline and budget.

You will collaborate on the development of project schedules and detail the critical activities which will help drive us to successful project delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow in your understanding and implementation of BIM workflows using Revit and Autodesk Forma. You will work closely with project teams and digital delivery to help maintain standards, improve project execution, and support the adoption of digital tools across the design lifecycle.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other closely related discipline

* Four years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree

* Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components

* Ability to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future

Ideally, you'll also have:

- Knowledge in Autodesk Revit

- Proficiency in Forma

- Understanding of BIM standards and project workflows

- Experience with Revizto

- Exposure to Dynamo or other automation tools and scripting

- Experience working on large multidisciplinary design projects
