- ** What you will do
*** Responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the IC EDA design environment
* Guiding design team on how to efficiently utilize available compute resources
* Provide tool installation, licensing support and design data management
* Advocate for modern best-practices in EDA flow and cross-train IC design designers
* Developing methodologies for IC tape-out tasks to ensure DFM and foundry requirements
* Work closely across organizations with EDA colleagues internationally
** Skills and Background:
*** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* 7+ Years of EDA experience within a semiconductor environment
* Experience in analog circuit design and simulation debugging capabilities
* Strong understanding of analog and power management circuit design principles.
* Proficiency with simulation tools such as Cadence or Spice.
* Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and their impact on analog circuit design.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.# Why join us?
