RVN Inc. is hiring a Control Engineer for a warehouse automation project in Dallas, TX. Hands-on, onsite role: you'll own a control panel area from I/O checks through commissioning to high volume testing.
About the Role:- Program and commission Allen-Bradley Logix (Studio 5000) control systems
- Write and test logic in Ladder, Structured Text, and FBD
- Commission, troubleshoot, and test panels independently, plus manage punch lists
- Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, drives, and Ether Net/IP networks
- Write test plans, checklists, and progress reports
- 10+ years PLC programming with Allen-Bradley Logix
- Rockwell PLC and SCADA expertise, strong hands-on commissioning
- Coding in Ladder, Structured Text, and FBD, plus FAT and validation experience
- Able to read P&IDs, electrical and logic diagrams
- Warehouse automation or material handling background preferred
- US work authorization without sponsorship, onsite in DFW
