Proficient engineering application skills through proper understanding and formal training of basic mechanical principles. Manufacturing / Assembly knowledge of Mech. Parts Mech. Fit check / FAI review and approval of Proto parts / Hart tooled Parts Strong knowledge in New Product Introduction processes Should be able to handle the Design from concept till production release Understand and able to create engineering drawings with the proper standards and principles.

Experience or education in sheet metal and/or plastics technology. Familiar with manufacturing documents (BOM, Assembly Drawings, Deviations, ECOs, etc) Effective people and interpersonal skills to be able to work with engineering and manufacturing team members in a concurrent environment. Efficient organization and multi-tasking skills to manage various projects simultaneously. Process and quality oriented. Proficient in various computer software tools such as Excel, MS Word, Power Point, and flow chart programs.

Strong team player who can handle multiple projects and priorities with little direction from manager Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
