Position Summary:
Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time FIELD ENGINEER to manage asset management operations on a comprehensive roadway maintenance project(s) in Florida, Texas, Virginia, and Colorado. This position will report to the Project Manager and requires performing a wide range of responsibilities on new and existing asset maintenance and roadway services AM/O&M contracts related to planning work, scheduling/managing crews, roadway repair analysis, preparing project report submissions, interfacing with government Clients and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Jorgensen Company policies and procedures.
It is required to have a technical background in engineering or construction management from and ABET-accredited university. The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a leader working in an every-changing environment, meticulous organizational skills, adaptive and analytical problem-solving capabilities, and abilities to effectively create functional teams. The position requires the candidate to work in a unique environment both in the office, out in the project-site (among field crews) and within professional organized meetings.

- Lead contract operations on roadway maintenance, repair, and construction operations

- Coordinate financial planning and project budget projections that will assist senior managers
