Environmental Field Technician / Consultant

Envirocheck is a growing company and has exciting opportunities for "A" players on our team.

Our environmental field technicians / consultants (Level
1) provide clients with advice regarding potential contaminant presence in a variety of settings including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. An ideal candidate should be an individual who is self-motivated, this "hands-on" position requires strong analytical and communication skills to identify a potential issue and convey the said issue to a client with remedial solutions when necessary. Through on-the-job training and certification courses, field technicians gain knowledge regarding state and federal regulations and in turn conduct surveys and produce reports as a knowledgeable party.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Conduct on-site inspections, which includes documentation of site conditions, sampling, and in-person consultation
• Produce professional survey reports based on inspection notes and sample data with remedial recommendations as necessary
• Coordinate with multiple parties regarding inspections while keeping all parties best interests in mind
• Adhere to all applicable state and federal laws and regulations and communicate that information to clients in a professional manner

Qualifications and skills:

• No experience required - will train.
• High school diploma is required.
• Prefer individuals with a bachelor's of science degree in construction management, biology, chemistry, environmental science, and/or a related science.
• Valid Driver's License
