Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain mechanical product designs, drawings, specifications, BOMs, and engineering change documentation.

- Work closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations to improve products and resolve issues.
- Apply DFM, DFA, and DFMA principles to sheet metal, welded, brazed, machined, and assembled products.
- Support tooling, fixtures, prototypes, validation builds, functional testing, and production launches.

- Contribute to continuous improvement, value engineering, quality improvement, and cost reduction projects.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with OE manufacturing, APQP, PPAP, ISO environments, product validation, control plans, PFMEA input, or launch documentation
- Experience working directly with production, quality, operations, suppliers, or customer engineering contacts
- Experience improving manufacturability, reducing cost, improving quality, reducing scrap, improving throughput, or solving recurring production issues
- Experience mentoring junior engineers, designers, or technical team members while remaining hands-on
