At Datum Engineers, you won't spend years designing one small piece of a project from behind a screen. From day one, you'll work alongside experienced structural engineers, contribute to meaningful building projects, and gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, from concept through construction.

You'll collaborate directly with clients, architects, contractors, and teammates to design structures that serve communities across healthcare, education, civic, cultural, and commercial markets. Along the way, you'll develop expertise in structural analysis, building codes, construction documents, field observation, and project delivery while working with a team that values mentorship, curiosity, and professional growth.

• At a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in Structural Engineering. Master's Degree in Structural Engineering strongly preferred
• 0-5 years of experience: PE preferred if 4+ years

• Strong knowledge and understanding of fundamental engineering principles, structural behavior, and design of structural materials.
• Strong analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Good teammate, considerate, respectful, and supportive
• Self-motivated and willing attitude
• Ability to effectively process and present complex information to both internal and external groups

No supervisory responsibilities
