Facility Planners Security Clearance

Position: Facility Planners with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Planners to join our team in Dallas Texas and Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Coordinates the preparation of comprehensive plans and programs for the use of land and physical facilities.

* Manage the development of detailed Planning Reports and oversee site investigations.

* Formulate planning standards and quality gate oversight for infrastructure projects.

* Prepares and reviews facility requirement documents and project justification folders for theater wide infrastructure improvements.

* Maintain the Theater Master Plan through regular updates and mission-specific data integration.

* Evaluate site feasibility for temporary and permanent structures in support of expeditionary operations.

* Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

NOTE:

Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below.

Minimum Qualifications:

Senior Level
* Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

* Experience in formal document review and acting as a Responsible Officer (RO). Midlevel
* Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

* Ability to draft technical planning documentation and follow established SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Professional certification such as AICP or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

* Experience in PACOM AOR facilities planning.

* Knowledge of Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and FSRM programming.

Clearance Required:

* Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
