Job Responsibilities- As the project leader, lead on-site management of data center HVAC equipment from arrival, installation, commissioning, acceptance, to maintenance, coordinating resources to ensure on-time delivery and maintenance;
- Regularly attend on-site project meetings to assist clients in reviewing progress and planning subsequent work;
- Manage on-site engineers and on-site personnel to ensure smooth progress of all tasks.
- Lead the formulation and improvement of on-site delivery and maintenance service processes, technical plans, technical standards and specifications, work instructions, and other system documents
- Regularly organize training for on-site contractors and on-site personnel on product technology and operational procedures
