- Provide high-level pre-sales and after-sales technical support to partners and clients globally, including remote and on-site troubleshooting, system optimization, and issue reproduction support for regional and HQ test labs.
- Actively engage in customer communications, bidding, and negotiations for regional projects, tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs and maintaining technical-side customer relationships.
- Support POC trials and commercial deployments, covering site surveys, planning, system configuration and commissioning, verification, and performance testing.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions (in-person, online videos, and exams) to enhance partner and end-customer operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.
- Participate in the IPD process during product and solution development, conducting serviceability reviews and driving product optimization from field service and customer operation perspectives.
- 5+ years of working experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Solid knowledge of wireless technologies (GSM/WCDMA/UMTS/HSPA/CDMA/LTE/5G) and frequency bands.
- Thorough end-to-end understanding of LTE/5G RAN, DAS, core network, and IP networking.
- Ability to perform log analysis, KPI analysis, fault isolation, and system performance testing (coverage, throughput, latency), with the capability to generate clear reports based on test results.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to a multicultural, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in problem-solving.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional local language is a strong plus.
