What You’ll Be Doing- Manage complex environmental remediation, site investigation, and regulatory compliance projects from proposal through completion.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical staff, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans while ensuring quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining long‑term relationships and identifying opportunities for continued support.
- Navigate environmental regulations and oversee interactions with regulatory agencies.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior and mid‑level staff while supporting team growth.
- 8+ years of environmental consulting experience, including project management responsibilities.
- Experience managing remediation, site investigation, and environmental compliance projects.
- Strong understanding of Texas environmental regulations and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Professional registration (PG, PE, or similar) is a plus but not required.
