What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage complex environmental remediation, site investigation, and regulatory compliance projects from proposal through completion.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical staff, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans while ensuring quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining long‑term relationships and identifying opportunities for continued support.
  • Navigate environmental regulations and oversee interactions with regulatory agencies.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior and mid‑level staff while supporting team growth.
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of environmental consulting experience, including project management responsibilities.
  • Experience managing remediation, site investigation, and environmental compliance projects.
  • Strong understanding of Texas environmental regulations and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Professional registration (PG, PE, or similar) is a plus but not required.
