Working under the direct supervision of a Senior Project Manager, assisting in the management of multiple projects – operational coordination, schedules, tracking the progress of projects and reporting to upper-level management.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Architecture, Engineering, etc.);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Autocad;
- Industry-specific knowledge;
- Proactive and with flexible mindset;
- Organized and detail oriented;
- Project Preparation including analyze plans and specifications to optimize solutions;
- Define trades and sequences of intervention;
- Define deadlines for supplies and PO's;
- Team Leading, including enroll the needed members to the project and engage members of the team to fulfill project's needs;
- Project Coordination;
- Shop drawings and material submittals documentation;
- Job follow up and control;
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Architecture, Engineering, etc.);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Autocad;
