Engineering Manager - Civil

TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a global organization in the Building Products and Solutions sector on an exciting opportunity for a Engineering Manager to support a high-growth business unit with a clear trajectory forward.

This leader will oversee a team of engineers and drafters responsible for application and product engineering across an established portfolio of engineered products. The role will focus on translating customer and job-site requirements into accurate designs, technical drawings, and manufacturable solutions while driving engineering performance, product compliance, and continuous improvement. This is a highly cross-functional position partnering with customers, sales, operations, and product development to ensure successful quoting, manufacturing, and installation.

We’re seeking a leader who can:

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and drafters
• Drive application engineering, site layout design, and technical solutions for civil construction projects
• Improve engineering execution through strong delivery metrics, first-pass yield, standard work, and process discipline
• Partner closely with customers, sales, and operations to move projects seamlessly from quote and design through manufacturing and installation
• Bring strong knowledge of civil site construction, manufactured products, and applicable codes and standards
• Drive continuous improvement, product standardization, and engineering best practices
