Customer Service Rep
Position Type: Non-Management.
Position Summary:The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing guests with a memorable and unique experience during their stay. They will take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing the highlights of the local area. The Front Desk Agent will be on their feet and moving around, taking a hands‑on approach to work, and ensuring that all transactions feel like part of the experience.
