Responsibilities

Your Daily Life at Bethesda Game Studios

As Senior Content Producer, you will…

* Work with the team leads to produce realistic schedules and milestone plans that are focused on the delivery of high-quality features and assets

* Define and manage feature sprints in coordination with discipline leads

* Remove roadblocks and successfully drive features to completion

* Communicate with senior management on development status and project risks

* Collaborate with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines and resource allocation

* Manage direct reports

Qualifications

What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

* You have at least 5 years of game production experience, preferably online

* You possess the ability to prioritize product initiatives by balancing both business and qualitative needs

* You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively to solve problems

* You have experience managing and mentoring direct reports

* You have the ability to create project schedules and milestones, monitor the progress of department milestones and individual tasks against those schedules

* You have excellent organizational skills, are detail orientated, and have the ability to multi-task under pressure

* You have experience with any modern project management software

* You are familiar with Bethesda Game Studios' games

Salary Range

Senior Content Producer - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $95,000 - $215,000

Zeni Max has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate's primary work location.

Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

At Zeni Max certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, such as merit increases and discretionary bonuses. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.
