LOCATION: The preferred candidate is located in Central or Eastern time zones What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll assist in crafting unforgettable corporate events, working with clients to bring their visions to life. You’ll master the art of logistics, collaborate with top-tier vendors, and deliver seamless experiences—from high-energy conferences to unforgettable incentive trips.
Your Key Tasks Include:- Coordinating event logistics, from venue selection to onsite management
- Owning the relationship with your key clients
- Managing budgets and keeping events cost-effective
- Supporting on-site operations to ensure events run like clockwork
- Gathering feedback and brainstorming ways to make the next event even better
- Passion for event planning and project management
- A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in event planning and project management
- Superb organization skills and attention to detail
- Stellar communication and a team-first mentality
- Tech-savvy with bonus points for event software experience
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when the excitement happens

Travel Requirements:This is a travel-heavy role, requiring onsite management of events, site visits, client meetings, and more. The ideal candidate will be prepared to travel up to 60% of the time.
Salary Range:$50,000 – $70,000 OTE
Salary is dependent on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location.
