Event Operations Intern
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and organized Event Operations Intern to join our team! This hands‑on internship is perfect for someone interested in events, hospitality, marketing, community engagement, or operations.
As an Event Operations Intern, you’ll assist with the planning and execution of a variety of events from start to finish. No two days are the same; one day you may be helping set up a large-scale social event, and the next you may be organizing inventory, coordinating vendors, or assisting with behind-the-scenes logistics.
Responsibilities- Assist with planning and execution of events
- Help with event setup, breakdown, and onsite operations
- Organize and maintain event inventory and supplies
- Support vendor coordination and event logistics
- Assist with administrative tasks and event preparation
- Help create a welcoming and positive guest experience
- Work closely with the events team during activations and special events
- Support general event operations as needed
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Ability to lift and move event materials/equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Available to work nights and weekends as needed for events
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
- Interest in events, hospitality, marketing, or event programming preferred
- Hands‑on experience in event planning and operations
- Exposure to large-scale community and lifestyle events
- Experience working with vendors, logistics, and event execution
- Opportunity to build organizational and customer service skills
