• You've worked at or with a crypto casino and understand the space
• You are deep into crypto
• You love the gambling industry and are genuinely excited about it
• You get sports, esports and web3 content
• You put results above process
• You're based in Europe and ready to work fully remote
• You're an expert SMM. You understand content variety, tempo, new trends, platform behaviour and you don't need to be taught the basics

• You need a strict 9 to 5
• Your only experience is fiat, B2B social, or web3 without the gambling
• You'd rather upload to a content calendar
• You're a marketer who does social on the side
• You've never gambled or have little interest in the product you'd be promoting
