  • Serve as the approachable, highly visible face of the Center in lobby and public spaces
  • Manage patron concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
  • Coordinate seamlessly with box office, concessions, production, and security teams
  • Ensure all patron areas are safe, clean, welcoming, and operationally ready before each event
  • Remain on‑site through the conclusion of events and full patron egress
  • Serve as the designated on‑site emergency and incident point of contact
Volunteer Program Leadership
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train volunteers who reflect the Center’s values of diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Develop and manage volunteer schedules ensuring adequate coverage for all events and special projects
  • Serve as the primary volunteer liaison, building lasting community relationships
  • Track volunteer hours, maintain accurate records, and generate engagement/retention reports
  • Lead volunteer training sessions and design recognition initiatives that celebrate contributions
  • Collaborate across departments to identify and fulfill volunteer needs
Administration & Resident Company Liaison
  • Prepare post‑event reports documenting attendance, incidents, and patron feedback
  • Log staff payroll hours and volunteer points accurately before the end of each shift
  • Complete the Weekly Office Hours Checklist consistently
  • Serve as the lead FOH contact for assigned resident companies—attend pre‑show meetings, manage program distribution, and maintain up‑to‑date briefing sheets throughout each production run
  • Maintain FOH supplies, signage, and accessibility resources
  • Keep senior leadership promptly informed of any situation requiring immediate attention
