Southwest Construction is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team!
The ideal applicant will have a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a desire to be a team player. Additionally, the applicant should have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a Dispatching role.
Primary Responsibilities- Receive incoming calls in a professional manner
- Coordinate schedule with the customer, sales, and field personnel
- Verifying schedule with customers daily
- Coordinate delays in schedule with customers, sales, and field personnel
- Work with the sales team to provide excellent service to our customer
- Distribute supplies to field personnel as needed
- Will be on-call after normal business hours 1 week/Month
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Problem Sensitivity - ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Basic computer competencies & Microsoft office
- Spanish Speaking highly preferred
