Roblox Developer

We're looking for an experienced Roblox Developer — or a small development team — to build a polished Roblox experience from concept through launch, and beyond. This game will be heavily promoted to a large kids-and-families audience by two major social media creators with a combined following of 20M+, so it needs to be built to handle a serious wave of day-one traffic without cracking under pressure.

If you've shipped Roblox experiences that people actually stick around in — not just try once — we want to talk.

• Shape the game concept and gameplay loop from the ground up
• Build the experience end-to-end in Roblox Studio, including map/world design and 3D assets and environments
• Write core gameplay systems and multiplayer logic in Luau
• Design UI/UX, player progression, rewards, and data-saving systems
• Build monetization systems aligned with healthy player retention (not at odds with it)
• Optimize performance across mobile, tablet, PC, and console
• Own testing, debugging, and QA ahead of launch
• Handle Roblox publishing and hands-on launch support
• Track analytics and player performance data post-launch
• Ship ongoing updates and improvements based on real player behavior

• A strong, verifiable portfolio of published Roblox experiences
• Deep hands-on expertise in Roblox Studio and Luau
• Experience building for large, concurrent player counts
• Real understanding of retention loops, progression systems, monetization, and what makes a Roblox game loop actually work
• A track record optimizing Roblox experiences across devices
• Comfort owning both the technical build and the overall product direction
• Strong communication and project-management skills — you'll be driving this, not just executing a spec

• Experience launching and maintaining Roblox games that reached meaningful scale post-launch
