Assistant Controller

Our growing client has an immediate need to add an Assistant Controller to their accounting team.

• Responsible for all financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory reporting, internal controls, and budgeting
• Manage all aspects of accounting for multiple entities
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly management reports and financial schedules for various company and subsidiary activities
• Prepare monthly branch financial statements and coordinate distribution
• Maintain all aspects of the general ledger
• Cash Management
• Assisting with the budget process
• Identify and correct inaccuracies in the company’ financial records
• Work cross functionally with various departments
• Supervise 4 direct reports but manage others as the department grows

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA is required
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting preferably with highly acquisitive businesses
• 3+ years of management experience and natural leadership skills.

Salary Up to $ per year plus 10%-20% bonus, excellent benefits, and generous PTO program
