The team operates in a flexible hybrid model, currently remote with regular in-person client meetings, and plans to establish a permanent office presence in North Dallas.
The OpportunityDue to continued growth and consistent inbound referrals, the firm is seeking a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (or CPA with relevant financial planning experience) to join the team as a Wealth Advisor.
This role is ideal for a licensed advisor who is highly relationship-oriented, enjoys educating clients, and prefers a consultative approach over aggressive sales tactics. Candidates with an existing book of business are strongly preferred
, though licensed advisors without a book will also be considered depending on experience and overall fit.
- Provide holistic financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families
- Manage and deepen existing client relationships while supporting a steady flow of inbound referrals
- Act as a trusted liaison between clients and outside professionals (CPAs, estate attorneys, insurance advisors)
- Educate clients and prospects on financial strategies and long-term planning concepts
- Contribute to organic growth through relationship building, referrals, and thought leadership
- Maintain a fiduciary, client-first mindset in all advisory work
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation (CPA considered with relevant planning experience)
- Active licenses required to provide investment advice
- Strong understanding of financial planning for high-net-worth (HNW) clients
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Relationship-driven; not aggressive or overly sales-focused
- Comfortable collaborating with external advisors and professional partners
- Existing book of business
- Experience working with a major custodian platform
- Familiarity with financial planning and portfolio management software
- Content creation, blogging, or educational presence (not required, but a plus)
