About the Firm

This is a relationship-driven wealth management and financial planning firm built on trust, education, and long-term partnerships. The organization operates alongside an affiliated investment entity focused on deep fundamental research and an educational platform designed to help investors better understand markets and financial decision-making.

The firm has grown almost entirely through referrals and currently serves over 130 clients with approximately $165 million in assets under management. The culture is intentionally non-salesy, people-first, and focused on doing what is right for clients rather than pushing products or quotas.

The team operates in a flexible hybrid model, currently remote with regular in-person client meetings, and plans to establish a permanent office presence in North Dallas.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and consistent inbound referrals, the firm is seeking a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (or CPA with relevant financial planning experience) to join the team as a Wealth Advisor.

This role is ideal for a licensed advisor who is highly relationship-oriented, enjoys educating clients, and prefers a consultative approach over aggressive sales tactics. Candidates with an existing book of business are strongly preferred
, though licensed advisors without a book will also be considered depending on experience and overall fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Manage and deepen existing client relationships while supporting a steady flow of inbound referrals
  • Act as a trusted liaison between clients and outside professionals (CPAs, estate attorneys, insurance advisors)
  • Educate clients and prospects on financial strategies and long-term planning concepts
  • Contribute to organic growth through relationship building, referrals, and thought leadership
  • Maintain a fiduciary, client-first mindset in all advisory work
Required Qualifications
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation (CPA considered with relevant planning experience)
  • Active licenses required to provide investment advice
  • Strong understanding of financial planning for high-net-worth (HNW) clients
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Relationship-driven; not aggressive or overly sales-focused
  • Comfortable collaborating with external advisors and professional partners
Preferred / Nice to Have
  • Existing book of business
  • Experience working with a major custodian platform
  • Familiarity with financial planning and portfolio management software
  • Content creation, blogging, or educational presence (not required, but a plus)
