Continental Electronics Corporation (CEC), a subsidiary of OSI Systems, Inc., seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead program finance activities. This role will be responsible for program-level financial oversight, supporting a high-tech manufacturing environment with a strong focus on government contracting. Senior Program Analyst will oversee multiple programs within the business and collaborate closely Program Management, Scheduling, Engineering, and Operations. This person will be a key resource reporting to the Senior Finance Program Manager.
Responsibilities- Labor & Material tracking, cost transfers, & resource planning/updates
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers
- Lead real-time financial performance monitoring
- Monitor program costs, schedules, and risks
- Drive monthly and quarterly planning cycles
- Support business development proposals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
- Prepare variance analyses, productivity studies, and non-standard management reports
- Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis as needed

- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 2+ years in program finance
- Strong understanding of GAAP and government contracting (CP/FP/T&M)
- Experience with Deltek, Oracle EPM Cloud, and complex HFM reporting and consolidation
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Ability to obtain DoD issued Secret Clearance
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across department
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
