Finance Manager

Sage Search Partners has been engaged to assist an established Real Estate company in the Dallas area in their search for an FP&A Manager to help with their continued success. The opportunity is newly created and will be the right hand for the leader of the asset class this will be supporting. This is a unique role in that it will own corporate budgeting, forecasting but also assist heavily in strategy and overall operational wellness for the asset class it will be supporting & will have massive executive exposure including to the BOD.

This organization is very well known for promoting from within and has had some of the best minds in the real estate finance world walk through its doors.

• Own and maintain 3 statement forecasting including modeling and 5-year planning
• Assist in ad hoc operational and financial projects to ensure opportunistic strategies are implemented and successful
• Build and maintain data analytics initiatives to ensure key indicators are communicated to leadership/BOD

• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
• 4+ years of direct FP&A or I-banking experience, ideally within real estate or adjacent industries (e.g., retail)
