Senior Loan Processor, In-Office

We are seeking an organized and communicative individual for an in-office Mortgage Loan Processor role. This position is vital for preparing mortgage loan files and securing their approval. Responsibilities include meticulously gathering all necessary documentation, ensuring seamless communication with all third-party individuals involved in the initial loan process, and efficiently submitting complete files to Underwriting.

• Manage a pipeline of 45+ loans, funding 60% of the pipeline each month.
• Encompass experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of income and asset calculations and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
• Proficient computer skills to input and retrieve data in loan operation systems as well as Microsoft Office products.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Ability to provide a superior level of service.
