Our global real estate client is hiring a Property Accountant to support a diversified real estate portfolio. This is a strong opportunity for someone coming from a property management or third-party management environment who wants broader exposure and room to grow.
Why this role- Exposure across multiple real estate asset types and strategies
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 remote
- Clear runway for increased responsibility over time

- Monthly property accounting, accruals, amortization, and GL review
- Financial reporting and supporting schedules
- Bank recs, wires, rent roll review, and coordination with PM teams
- 3+ years of property accounting experience
- A degree in accounting or finance
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
