A growing law firm in Dallas is seeking a finance associate to support sophisticated corporate debt and banking transactions. This role offers hands‑on experience with syndicated lending and private debt matters in a collaborative, fast‑growing practice.
The Texas law office was launched five years ago. To date, it has over twenty‑five knowledgeable attorneys. Areas of specialization are litigation, and intellectual property law. There are seven areas of practice. Disciplines consist of banking‑finance, corporate transactions‑securities, intellectual property, products liability, and commercial litigation.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in syndicated lending and secured transactions for a variety of commercial clients
- Manage multiple corporate finance transactions simultaneously
- Handle commercial finance matters, including cash flow credit facilities
- Collaborate closely with partners and deal teams to drive successful transaction outcomes
- Support clients through complex financing structures with efficiency and precision
- 3–6 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, or commercial lending
- Demonstrated experience with syndicated lending and secured transactions
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Texas Bar
- Strong ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple transactions
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Proven transactional management and organizational skills
- Solid academic credentials and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a growing, team‑oriented environment
