The Opportunity

As part of the Financial Markets Business Advisory team you are expected to provide consulting services on financial products and assist clients with complex financial structures. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement work streams by solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top‑notch deliverables. You are responsible for performing valuation analysis and creating independent financial models for various debt types and securitizations.

What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience
  • One or more of the following credentials or certifications is required: CPA License, Level 3 of the CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality A State Licensed Appraiser, Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA) or obtain certification of CRE, CRI and/or CCIM, CHA, or PMP
What Sets You Apart
  • Master's Degree in Management Information Systems & Accounting preferred
  • Understanding financial products and issues faced by issuers and investors
  • Applying accounting, tax, and regulatory standards to financial instruments
  • Assisting clients with understanding complex financial structures
  • Performing valuation analysis of financial instruments and structured products
  • Creating independent financial models for various debt types
  • Understanding financial instruments like derivatives and fixed income products
  • Quantifying LIBOR financial exposures
  • Communicating key propositions and managing client relationships
