Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to support the preparation and review of financial reporting activities and partner closely with finance leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent financial information. This role plays a key part in supporting reporting processes, strengthening controls, and driving continuous improvement across the finance function.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP
• Perform financial analysis and variance analysis to support business insights
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors throughout reporting cycles
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of accounting policies and procedures
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in reporting
• Participate in projects related to system enhancements, reporting improvements, and controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, audit, or related roles
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting processes
• Experience working with ERP and financial reporting systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
