Spectrum Search Group is partnering with a growing company to find a detail-oriented, Excel-savvy problem-solver to join the team as a Financial Analyst. This role involves managing financial and operational reporting across two operating companies, including monthly variance analysis, forecasting, and tracking key operational KPIs.
Key Qualifications- 0-1 year of finance experience through internships, advanced coursework, or a Staff Analyst role
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently
- Support financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ticket volume, productivity, hours worked, pricing, unit costs, and gross profit across business units.
- Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights, support decision-making, and develop reports and projections.
