Financial Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis, along with strong analytical skills and exposure to data and visualization tools. This role will support key business decisions by providing timely financial insights and performance analysis.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑range financial plans
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc variance analysis; identify trends and explain drivers of performance
• Support financial reporting and management presentations with clear, data‑driven insights
• Analyze financial and operational data to support business decision‑making
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Operations, Accounting) to understand business needs and financial impacts
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate scenarios, initiatives, and investments
• Utilize data tools to extract, analyze, and visualize financial information
• Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling)
• Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
