Title: Analyst/Associate - Acquisitions
Location: Dallas OR Austin

Partnering with one of the largest private real estate investment platforms in the U.S., with over ~30B in assets owned and operated. The team is looking for a driven Analyst/Associate to support and drive growth within a new business unit. This role offers broad exposure across acquisitions, asset management, and development while working closely with a lean, entrepreneurial group.

• Support underwriting and execution of acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations
• Build financial models, analyze markets/comps, and prepare investment materials
• Assist with due diligence: financial review, leases, tenant credit, and third‑party reports
• Maintain the deal pipeline and contribute to market research efforts
  
  Travel occasionally for property tours and market visits

• Help produce property/portfolio reporting and cash flow analyses
• Track performance against budgets and underwriting assumptions
• Support leasing efforts through comp analysis, tenant review, and lease economics
• Participate in property inspections, operations calls, and stakeholder reporting
• Coordinate with leasing, property management, and accounting teams

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate investing, acquisitions, private equity, or investment banking
• Strong interest in institutional‑level commercial real estate
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ARGUS experience preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail‑oriented, team‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
