Senior Accounting Manager

• Direct site financial activities, including cost oversight, payables/receivables coordination, and payroll review
• Maintain strong internal controls and confirm alignment with corporate standards and regulatory expectations
• Track site performance by reviewing actual results against budgets and projections
• Oversee preparation of operational and financial summaries used to manage spending and productivity
• Support operating and capital planning cycles for the facility
• Identify and implement process improvements that raise efficiency and lower expenses
• Guide and support team members in daily work execution
• Ensure departmental initiatives remain aligned with approved financial plans
• Coordinate financial planning efforts and evaluate fiscal results
• Contribute financial perspective to leadership decision-making
• Deliver accurate reporting, analysis, and trend insights to senior leaders for planning purposes
• Strengthen and apply procedures that improve business operations
• Provide practical solutions to financial and operational issues
• Manage cash forecasting and ensure sufficient funds for ongoing needs
• Assess team effectiveness and promote continuous improvement and professional development
• Perform additional related duties as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting roles
• Life sciences industry experience required
• Manufacturing and cost accounting exposure preferred
