Peak Capital is seeking Mortgage Broker candidates who are driven, coachable, and smart with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Dallas team.

Peak Capital provides premier commercial real estate financing designed to help investors and developers reach new heights nationwide, scaling transactions from $1 million to over $50 million. Operating as a dedicated capital partner, we provide owners and developers with specifically tailored financing solutions backed by consistent execution, market-driven insights, and long-term asset performance. From our base in Dallas, Texas, Peak Capital sources commercial real estate financing for clients and lenders throughout the United States.

Commitment & Drive

Candidates should be comfortable with high-volume outbound calling (100+ calls per week), initiating conversations with new contacts, and navigating rejection as part of the process.

Structured Training

New hires participate in a comprehensive training program designed to build a strong foundation in commercial real estate loan originations. Training includes live instruction, online modules, role-playing, and performance review to support long-term growth.

One‑on‑one coaching with senior leadership provides direct knowledge transfer, accountability, and guidance to help shorten the learning curve.

Support

Loan originators are backed by an experienced team including financial analysts, transaction coordinators, marketing support, and leadership, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing business.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in mortgage origination, lending, or financial services preferred
  • Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable with cold calling, follow‑up, and relationship‑driven sales
  • Proven ability to generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, confident, and client-focused approach
