Investments Associate – Retail Acquisitions

We are seeking an Investments Associate to join a leading institutional real estate platform focused on single-tenant net lease retail investments. This is a high-visibility, execution-oriented role working directly with senior investment leadership on sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing transactions across the U.S.

This opportunity is ideal for a sharp, detail-oriented investment professional who thrives in a lean team environment and wants meaningful responsibility across the full deal lifecycle.

• Underwrite and structure retail acquisition opportunities
• Build and review complex financial models, including sensitivity and return analyses
• Prepare investment committee memoranda and presentation materials
• Identify risks, structure solutions, and support negotiation of key deal terms
• Coordinate transaction execution with internal legal, credit, and asset management teams
• Support deal sourcing efforts and maintain broker and seller relationships
• Assist with settlement statements and post-award transaction execution

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, principal investing, or commercial real estate advisory
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Experience supporting transactions from sourcing through closing
• Understanding of lease structures, tenant credit, and net lease investments preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in-office (Dallas) with flexibility over time
