Crypto Execution Quality Analyst

Omega Pro Light is an institutional digital assets platform expanding its operations in Texas. The team focuses on execution quality, trade monitoring, and operational oversight to support institutional crypto trading and investment activities.

We are hiring a Crypto Execution Quality Analyst to monitor and improve execution workflows, track trading performance, and support the trading desk in maintaining operational discipline. The role is analytical, market-facing, and central to ensuring execution efficiency and risk control.

• Monitor trade execution and verify fills across multiple exchanges
• Track slippage, execution latency, and order performance metrics
• Identify execution inefficiencies and propose process improvements
• Maintain reporting dashboards for execution quality and trade compliance
• Support traders in real-time execution decisions and operational issues

• 2–5 years of experience in crypto execution, trading support, or operations analytics
• Strong understanding of market microstructure, order types, and execution metrics
• Experience with trading platforms, APIs, or execution monitoring tools
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under real-time market conditions
