- Lead end-to-end pricing initiatives, including state-level rate changes and new program launches, ensuring timely execution and regulatory alignment
- Conduct actuarial indications and profitability analyses to evaluate rate adequacy, identify growth opportunities, and inform pricing strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, product, finance, legal, risk, reinsurance, and distribution teams to translate analytics into actionable business decisions
- Develop, maintain, and enhance actuarial models, raters, and data pipelines using Python, SQL, and other tools to support scalable pricing operations
- Apply predictive modeling, loss cost analysis, and core P&C actuarial principles (including trends, reserving, and model calibration) to drive data-informed outcomes
- 5+ years of actuarial pricing experience in Homeowners or related P&C insurance lines
- Strong expertise:
rate indications, loss cost modeling
, reserving, trend analysis and model calibration - Professional coding experience in Python + SQL
- Proven ability to leverage predictive and catastrophe modeling outputs, manage projects effectively and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
