We are pleased to assist our client, a North American, private equity–backed services organization in finding their next Vice President of FP&A. Reporting to the CFO, the Vice President of FP&A will lead enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and investor reporting while building scalable processes, KPIs, and analytics that drive accountability and informed decision-making.
This high-impact role requires proven FP&A leadership in private equity–backed, high-growth environments, strong financial modeling and data capabilities, and the executive presence to influence senior stakeholders. Experience in complex, multi-site service models is preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CPA a plus.
