Manufacturing Controller - Dallas

We are looking for a Manufacturing Controller to join our team in Dallas. The Manufacturing Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations within the manufacturing department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in ERP and financial software

• Manage and supervise all financial aspects of the manufacturing department
• Develop and maintain budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
• Oversee inventory management and costing
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Collaborate with senior management to drive financial efficiency and profitability
• Provide financial guidance and support to department leaders
