Accounting and Finance Manager

Coppell, TX (Largely remote, occasionally in office)

We’re looking to hire a skilled and self‑motivated Accounting & Finance Manager, who will take the lead in the successful financial operations, establish processes with a wide range of applications, and deliver the insights that will act as a catalyst to the company’s growth. This role combines the elements of a strategic role with both managerial and hands‑on duties. The person in this role will be working side by side with company leadership as well as supervising all the organizational aspects of reporting, compliance, and personnel development.

• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Supervise reporting, audits, and compliance (GAAP/IFRS)
• Implement, modify, and manage the company's financial processes and controls
• Administration of cash flow, treasury, and financial systems
• Support through coaching the finance team

• Degree in Accounting/Finance strongly preferred (MBA/CPA/CFA would be advantageous)
• 5–10+ years of financial and accounting experience, with a track record of successfully leading a team
• Experience with project/event based budgets and accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial operations
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Suite
• Experience with Airtable is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Self‑motivated and displays initiative
• Experience with gaming/anime industries a plus
