 At Helen of Troy, we embrace a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. For roles eligible for hybrid work, our standard schedule includes in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. What you will be doing:

The senior tax accountant is required to participate in tax compliance, audit management, and tax planning in a multi-national and multi-jurisdictional environment.

* Income Tax Accounting:
Quarterly and year-end tax provision

* Federal, State, and International Compliance

* Train, manage mentor staff

* Manage / participate in tax examinations

* Research complex tax issues & other tax projects

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

* Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office

* Excellent oral and written English communication skills

* Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills

* Excellent multi-tasking skills, time management, and efficiency

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university in relevant field: accounting, business administration, economics, finance

* Experience in multinational and sophisticated structures, and fast-paced environment

* 3+ years in related experience

* Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications:

* CPA license or CPA exam qualified

* Software skills - Oracle, Hyperion, Workiva

* Experience in digital automation and transformation tools (Power

BI, Power Pivot, Alteryx, Tableau, robotic process automations, etc.)
