Investor Relations Manager

Our client is seeking an Investor Relations Manager for an excellent hybrid position located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX (DFW) area.

Responsibilities include:

• Partner with CFO/CEO as key liaison to investors, analysts, and financial community.
• Drive transparent communication of financials, operations, and strategy to support valuation and shareholder relations.
• Prepare board/earnings materials, key messages, and investor presentations.
• Develop strategic investor engagement and clear communication of complex info.
• Build IR capabilities, processes, and analytics (peer benchmarking, ownership tracking, sentiment, industry trends, macro).
• Manage investor pipeline, prospects, and roadshows/meetings.
• Support earnings calls, conferences, and events.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, communications, and executive teams on to ensure alignment and compliance in external reporting.
• Gather actionable market intelligence from analysts, subject matter experts, and investors.

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related. (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years corporate investor relations experience and/or capital markets background (investment banking, private equity, financial services, hedge fund, etc.).
• Experience with analytics, financial modeling, valuation, and statement analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, and professional presence
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with IR tools
• Knowledge of SEC regulations and disclosure compliance a plus
