* We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Manager of Accounting to lead our financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with SEC regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, a deep understanding of GAAP, and significant experience in preparing SEC filings. This role will collaborate closely with various departments, including Finance, Legal, and Operations, and will play a critical role in enhancing our reporting controls and processes.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** - Oversee the preparation and submission of all SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and registration statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SEC regulations.  - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze data required for financial statements and disclosures.  - Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations in financial reporting and disclosures.  - Review and enhance internal controls related to the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements.  

- Manage the external audit process and act as the primary liaison with external auditors regarding SEC filings and related matters.  - Stay updated on changes in SEC rules and regulations and assess the impact on the company's reporting requirements.  - Provide technical guidance on accounting issues and assist with complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.  - Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability in the finance department.

* Qualifications:

*** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is required.  - Minimum of 8 years of experience in SEC reporting, financial reporting, or public accounting, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.  - Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial statement preparation.  - Proven experience working with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.  

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.  - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
