How You Will Contribute

As a Senior Associate, you will work across the entire deal lifecycle—from pre‑deal diligence to post‑deal execution—delivering high‑quality deliverables and managing relationships. You will assist:

  • Pre‑deal Real Estate due diligence (operational, financial, and pre‑deal due diligence)
  • Merger/acquisition synergy identification, portfolio consolidation, and post‑deal integration
  • Carve‑out/divestiture site separation governance, real‑estate costing, and legal entity planning
  • Corporate Real Estate performance improvement through organizational transformation, value creation, and portfolio optimization
  • Day‑1 and 100‑day planning and execution
  • Producing high‑quality deliverables and maintaining day‑to‑day client relationships
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of professional consulting, finance, or real estate industry experience
  • Experience with real‑estate owner‑operators, private‑equity sponsors, portfolio companies, or financial services firms; transactional integration or divestiture experience is a plus
  • Broad experience with multiple real‑estate asset classes (multi‑family, single‑family residential, office, industrial, retail, hospitality, data centers, public storage, etc.)
  • Familiarity with corporate real estate activities (portfolio strategy, site selection, economic incentives, lease administration) – preferred but not required
  • Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following areas:
    • Business / transformation program / project management
    • Collaboration and leading change to improve key business functions, such as finance/accounting
    • Business assessment and strategy development
    • Business performance improvement and cost reduction
    • Property Management
    • Asset Management
    • Real Estate Finance, Accounting, Treasury and/or FP&A
    • Real Estate Acquisitions/Dispositions
    • Real Estate Valuation
  • Track record working with business leaders and private‑equity deal staff
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior staff
  • Excellent writing skills for polished client‑facing documents
  • Strong research and fact‑gathering skills (lease abstraction, market benchmarking, portfolio analysis)
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and analytical problem‑solving skills
  • Solid financial modelling skills and scenario‑based cash‑flow analysis
  • Experience leveraging AI for research
  • Project management experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives with risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment
  • Experience designing and supervising internal and external change/communications strategies
  • Prior strategy and change‑management consulting at a top‑tier firm, niche advisory firm, or Big‑4 consultancy is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Flexibility to travel up to 75 %

Benefits Summary

Compensation: $100,000 – $170,000 annually+ discretionary bonus. Full‑time employees (30+ hours/week) qualify for comprehensive benefits including healthcare, flexible spending, life insurance, AD&D, disability coverage, 401(k) with company match and discretionary contribution, paid time off (vacation, personal days, sick time, holidays, floating holiday, parental leave).
