Calander Wealth is hiring an Associate Financial Advisor to support a fast-paced, team-oriented financial planning practice.
This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning the craft of financial planning, and growing within a high-standard, professional environment.
What you’ll do- Support financial planning and client meeting preparation
- Gather and analyze client data and help create planning deliverables
- Participate in client meetings and assist in delivering advice
- Support marketing, referrals, and client acquisition initiatives
- Help coordinate client events and seminars
- Assist with product solutions and portfolio implementation
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2+ years of related experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
Interest in growing a long-term career in wealth management - Series 7 and Series 66 (or willingness to obtain)
- Life and Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
You’ll work directly with an experienced advisory team, develop real client-facing skills, and grow within a practice that values long‑term relationships and a high‑touch client experience.
