Job Description
The Wealth Management Specialist is responsible for the initial engagement of subset advisors in the Mid‑Atlantic region (OH, MI, WV, KY, PA, NJ), connecting advisors to Center of Excellence and Sales Enablement team. The role supports the Growth Team in delivering value‑added programs and communications to all tiers of advisors. It is a hybrid position at one of our primary office locations:
Dallas, TX;
Des Moines, IA; or St. Cloud, MN, with a 7am‑4pm CT/8am‑5pm ET schedule.
- Establish the subset advisors’ relationship with the Sales Enablement team(s) that deliver comprehensive sales support.
- Follow up on growth plans and roadmaps progress for subset advisors, tackling roadblocks and encouraging adoption and milestone achievement.
- Create a value‑add relationship with advisor back‑office support to gain trust, improve client satisfaction, and enhance retention.
- Collaborate with business development, onboarding, and sales enablement teams to ensure verified assets are realized on Cetera platform(s) within defined time frames.
- Curate value‑line driver focused one‑to‑many webinars for subset advisors.
- Provide post‑engagement support to Wealth Management Consultants & Regional Growth Team Leader.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of Sales, Relationship Management, and/or Service experience
- SIE and Series 7 & 66 licenses
- Envestnet experience is preferred
Up to 15% for Advisor‑Facing Engagements & Strategic Cetera Events.
CompensationThe base annual salary range is $75,000 plus an incentive‑based bonus. Base salary varies by skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
