Why You’ll Love This Role:
- This role is intentionally designed to develop you into a full-fledged Wealth Manager, with increasing responsibility and client ownership over time.
- You won’t be stuck behind the scenes—you’ll be in meetings, contributing to conversations, and building real client relationships.
- Work side-by-side with experienced advisors who are invested in your development and success.
- Join a rapidly growing RIA with strong momentum and significant medium- and long-term upside.
- If you’re ambitious, coachable, and client-focused, this firm provides the structure and support to build a lasting advisory career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as a strategic partner to Senior and Wealth Managers by supporting client relationships before, during, and after meetings.
- Participate in client meetings with the ability to add value in real-time discussions.
- Lead and support client case preparation, including meeting agendas, planning strategies, and follow-up deliverables.
- Drive proactive client engagement through thoughtful pre- and post-meeting communication.
- Assist clients with the implementation of agreed-upon financial strategies.
- Gradually assume responsibility for select client relationships as you progress along the Associate Wealth Manager career path.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of direct experience in an advisory or financial planning role.
- Ongoing development in core financial planning concepts and client strategies.
- Actively pursuing (or planning to pursue) the CFP® designation.
- Growing knowledge of firm policies, practices, and procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Competitive base salary with performance-driven bonuses.
- Full suite of benefits.
- Opportunity to grow within a nationally recognized, forward-thinking advisory firm.
