Job Description & How to Apply Below

Judson Group is proud to be retained by a fast-growing, $1.4B Registered Investment Advisor to identify an Associate Wealth Manager who is eager to build a long-term advisory career alongside accomplished Senior and Wealth Managers. This is an outstanding opportunity for an advisor early in their career who wants meaningful client exposure, hands-on planning experience, and a clear path for professional growth within a rapidly expanding firm.

As an Associate Wealth Manager, you will serve as a true second chair—playing a critical role in client relationships, planning strategy, and meeting execution. This role is designed to accelerate your development as an advisor while allowing you to make an immediate impact.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • This role is intentionally designed to develop you into a full-fledged Wealth Manager, with increasing responsibility and client ownership over time.
  • You won’t be stuck behind the scenes—you’ll be in meetings, contributing to conversations, and building real client relationships.
  • Work side-by-side with experienced advisors who are invested in your development and success.
  • Join a rapidly growing RIA with strong momentum and significant medium- and long-term upside.
  • If you’re ambitious, coachable, and client-focused, this firm provides the structure and support to build a lasting advisory career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as a strategic partner to Senior and Wealth Managers by supporting client relationships before, during, and after meetings.
  • Participate in client meetings with the ability to add value in real-time discussions.
  • Lead and support client case preparation, including meeting agendas, planning strategies, and follow-up deliverables.
  • Drive proactive client engagement through thoughtful pre- and post-meeting communication.
  • Assist clients with the implementation of agreed-upon financial strategies.
  • Gradually assume responsibility for select client relationships as you progress along the Associate Wealth Manager career path.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of direct experience in an advisory or financial planning role.
  • Ongoing development in core financial planning concepts and client strategies.
  • Actively pursuing (or planning to pursue) the CFP® designation.
  • Growing knowledge of firm policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Competitive base salary with performance-driven bonuses.
  • Full suite of benefits.
  • Opportunity to grow within a nationally recognized, forward-thinking advisory firm.
