Cash Applications Supervisor
Dallas, TX - 4 days onsite

Compensation: $75-85K

• Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of 3 to 7+ cash application specialists. Fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
• Daily Cash Operations: Oversee the timely posting of payments and reconcile all payment channels to the general ledger.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve complex unapplied or misapplied cash, payment discrepancies, and chargebacks.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement, or lead, automation initiatives for cash application workflows.
• Reporting & Compliance: Monitor KPIs to ensure payments are posted within SLAs, prepare daily/monthly reports, and ensure controls are in place.
• Collaboration: Partner with Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Customer Service teams to address customer account needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience with a strong focus on collections.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and resolving payment disputes.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, including invoicing, cash application, and reconciliations.

Proficiency in ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
